First of all you are dealing directly with the owners who care about their property and more important they care about the quality of your stay.  The majority of vacation rentals are managed by large property management companies, real estate agencies and independent property managers.  In each case you are dealing with people who don't have an interest in the property you and they and your rental is just another of the hundreds that they handle on a daily basis.  That's where we are different!  As owners we are involved in making sure that your stay is clean, comfortable, and safe for you and your family.  If something breaks at 11 pm on a Sunday night we will do our best to remedy the problem!  We thrive because of our hundreds of 5 - star reviews we've received over the past 14 years.  We're seasoned host owners and we listen to what our guests say.

Absolutely, yes!  We encourage communicating by phone before you book so that you feel comfortable with us and we feel comfortable with you.  You can contact us directly at 843-412-8830 and we will typically respond within 1 hour.  You may also use the form below to send us an inquiry and include your email and phone number and we will be happy to contact you to discuss your reservation.  We look forward to talking with you!

The cancellation policies vary on each of the 4 reservation websites that we use.  Please ask us and we can tell you what applies on your reservation.

We provide clean linens, towels and washcloths for 12 people.  We also provide starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee for your stay.  You will need to add to this depending on the number of days and number of people on your reservation.

We have a staff with cleaners, plumbers, electricians, and handyman types available to remedy the problem as quickly as possible.

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.
