How can I make a reservation ?

You can use the "Book Now" button to go directly to our listing on Houfy.  We believe in giving our customers choices, so you can also link to  our listing under Laurelwood Lodge on VRBO, AirBNB, or TripAdvisor by clicking the Book Now buttons located at the bottom of this website.  Choose the reservation service that is right for you.

May I make a reservation direct without VRBO, AirBNB or TripAdvisor?

Yes , you can book directly with us, the owners by clicking on the Houfy - Book Now link.  If you have any questions about booking a reservation please give us a call at 843-564-2070.

May I speak with you directly before making a reservation?

Absolutely, yes!  We encourage communicating by phone before you book so that you feel comfortable with us and we feel comfortable with you.  You can contact us directly at 843-564-2070 and we will typically respond within 1 hour.  You may also use the form below to send us an inquiry and include your email and phone number and we will be happy to contact you to discuss your reservation.  We look forward to talking with you!

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policies vary on each of the 4 reservation websites that we use.  Please ask us and we can tell you what applies on your reservation.

What items do you provide for our stay?

We provide clean linens, towels and washcloths for 12 people.  We also provide starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee for your stay.  You will need to add to this depending on the number of days and number of people on your reservation.

What happens if something breaks or malfunctions during our stay?

We have a staff with cleaners, plumbers, electricians, and handyman types available to remedy the problem as quickly as possible.
